The interaction model is conversational from the first second. Open this document, copy the third bullet into a new email, send it to Anna. Incredible walks through the GUI the way a person would: clicks, keystrokes, scrolls, and selections, while the user watches and intervenes if needed.
The product runs natively on Apple Silicon and uses screen-reading plus an agent loop to handle multi-step tasks across native Mac apps, the browser, and the file system. It is one of the few voice-first agents that does not require the user to swap to a separate window.
