Perplexity Comet is Perplexity's agentic browser. It uses GPT-Realtime for low-latency voice control and lets the user operate the browser hands-free: book hotels, comparison shop, schedule meetings, and fill forms.

Voice mode lets the user ask questions across all open tabs at once, which is a meaningfully new affordance over the conventional browser. The agent operates the user's actual browser session, so it has access to the user's tabs, bookmarks, and login state.

Comet ships on macOS, Windows, and Android. The voice-first interaction surface is what distinguishes it from Atlas and the other agentic browsers, which lean more on text prompts.
